Our New Favorite Board Game

If your house is anything like mine, you’re still putting away new toys and picking up wrapping paper and little twist ties.  (Can someone please tell me why one Barbie needs 25 little ties to hold her into the box?)  Well, even though your kids probably have plenty of new toys to play with, here’s a great game to put on your list of things you need.  We bought Brain Quest a few months ago and my kids haven’t gotten tired of it yet.  The best thing about this game is that the questions are targeted toward the national standards of learning for each specific grade level.  When we play the game, my kids are thinking and learning!

This is a great game to play as a family.  Each person gets to answer questions from their own grade level, so everyone gets to be involved.  I found this game in the Educational Games section at Barnes and Noble.  It’s been tons of fun to play with the kids!

Happy Game Night!

Ah, board games! One of the best ways to spend time with your family! It’d be nice to play games like this one with the family again. Maybe, we should set aside a specific day and time of the week as “Family Game Time,” and use that to play board games together.
